Scientists have discovered that the hormone Endorphin is secreted by the pituitary gland due to the pleasure of relaxation. They call this hormone that brings happiness. This hormone boosts the body's immune. Because of this, a large number of diseases can be cured. Meditation can control anger. This prevents the stress hormones that are harmful to the body. Meditation can cure mental illnesses such as stress and depression.
Accordingly, there are many benefits to use meditation to make our lives successful.
